Quality work, good management, lot of opportunities, good hikes

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are lower side of industry standards, important benifits like health insurance, team outings is missing.

Work Details

Very good to be with lot of talented people and good management, finds talent quickly and values everyone.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The best thing about karza is its work culture. You dont get such good people to work with oftenly. They are very helpful. I had joined in lockdown in july 2020. I havent been to office physically even one day but it never felt like i am not going to office. Also there is great learning experience. Also pay is important for an employee and karza pays its employees very well....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
