Work Culture and the desire of every individual to learn every day is something that brings some real positive energy. Everyone is best in what they are doing, the bar is set really high in terms of engineering too and we all adhere to that. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is open to innovations and readily adopts the latest technology.

Dislikes

As a startup, we can not blame this on the company completely but the urgency of delivering the product requirements many a time compromises the quality.

- Awesome culture. - Challenging problem statements. - CTO is open to innovative ideas and experimental stuff. - Tech team is focused on creating configurable products to accommodate the requirements of multiple clients with the same product. - Overall good company to work at.

Dislikes

- As the company is growing, more and more managers are being hired to streamline the processes and work, and that is adding the additional overhead of management. - Lack of communication between managers & software engineers and managers & founders. - Sometimes tech development team has to provide support to clients with their queries.

The best thing about karza is its work culture. You dont get such good people to work with oftenly. They are very helpful. I had joined in lockdown in july 2020. I havent been to office physically even one day but it never felt like i am not going to office. Also there is great learning experience. Also pay is important for an employee and karza pays its employees very well.

I have been working here for almost an year now. The management here is top-notch, which is one of the major factors for work satisfaction. The task breakdown is pretty much nuclear and all the members are supportive. Apart from these, there are Tech and Non-Tech talks arranged for cross domain learning.
