No career growth.. Company policies are not good.. Fresher CTC itself vary for person to person so that your junior may get higher pay than you.. Appraisals are very unfair.. You will get your 1st year appraisal after 1½ years even if you've performed well.. management is not transparent.. During the pandemic, half of the employees were under LWP (leave without pay).. the management had not provided any laptops or desktops and asked the employees to arrange it by themselves.. and for those who are working now, till now they are giving 80% salary even after the company's revenue is back to normal.. no bonus.. no team outings.....Read More
