Honestly nothing I have been posted in kolkata location in the year 2016 and that time I was a fresher.There was no one to give proper guidance and if I talk about work culture of kolkata office then it’s just horrible.I have been questioned for using my own car.They didn’t really like that I come to office in my own vehicle and they asked me to take buses.Isn’t it horrible??

One thing I would like to say here is that in the year 2016 I wanted leaves for 7 days for my marriage and the answer I got was shocking...Why do I need leaves for my marriage???

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
