My work at Karvy data management was very awesome I have learned alot ,and also I got promoted as SME with 10 months of working, and learn how to handle the team and I even used to audit the calls and share the feedback & improved my communication skills

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

For freshers it's good.Salary is very low but there will be incentives

Even though you get promoted to next level it will be only less hike in salary

As I was a fresher and I have been worked for 13months,all TL's,AM's are good and encouraged me and I have learned a lot regarding the process I have worked which helped me in the other company
