This would be the silly question to be filled about Karvy Analytics

Everything is worst about this company and worst HR management who is partial to the people he knows very well and relieving can be easy for those guys.People think it as a analytical company,which is quite opposite what everyone dream because this works completely on excel.It's no more a Data science company.You won't paid salary on time

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
