Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Here kstdc itself is good corporation, but unfortunately here lots of politics are there. This is the place where carriers growth is very less and job security is nothing, if supposed you are manager a hotel you should keep the monthaly business always in profit otherwise they can through you anytime. You have to do work under million of pressure of higher authority.
