Not a lot to talk about, a typical owner lead company lead as per his whims and fancies. I personally don't see the company surviving for a long time, until they stop making a fool of Indian consumers

Dislikes

Strict working hours, half day leaves are deducted if we get late, the senior management has no etiquettes while talking to juniors and often curse them. In terms of hygiene the crockery used in the pantry and washrooms are not well maintained. Majority of the people don't respond to mails and have to proper training imparted for the work they are doing, the owner's relatives are working in different departments and hild most managment positions even if they dont know how the system works. Girls have often been subjected to verbal diarrhea (can't use the words here) and I often find it amusing that no one ever has come up online to expose these things...Read More

Work is usually very boring, many times we have been asked to design creative's for owner's personal functions like birthdays, relatives marriages etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
