Karbonn is good company in terms of sales , distributor satisfaction , flexibility . Salary and claims always on time. Work life balance is well .

Dislikes

Dislike is not as such any in terms for company and policies . Few employees are focusing on wholesales, discounting , pricing . Its effective others productivity . Whole sale employees become gem by doing wrong practice .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
