1. Senior Management has no empathy at all with senior level team also. The product itself is faulty, but they blame you for low business 2. They are fooling customers by heavy marketing push. Actual cost of product is not even 20% of MRP and sales team is asked for pushing for even 50 Paisa settlements from distributors 3. Even thenational sales was fired, no respect to 30 years of experience 4. This company is good only for 1 year Max, no job security 5. They will not pay commissions or even salary 6.
