Worst company with worst policies. No policy is made keeping employee in mind. Example : if you meet with some accident and don't come for 1 month then deduction is not limited to your entire month in account salary but you have to pay additionally for that. Since nerolac is having policy of gross pay deduction & basic pay encashment. In some roles (no logical reason) they will get you a legal agreement singed (one sided only) of xyz amount for xyz months. But no single skill enhancement or training such kind of thing happens at nerolac. Management /HR literally don't have ethical values. A typical Lala company with MNC tag....Read More
