Job security, and work ethics of ASM(my ASM only) is very good, TSO support is good

No sufficient training provided not even Product literature, Divisional Disputes are headache, HO support is not up to the mark, internal politics, there is no way of working module, HR management is Very poor, package offers in very sneaky way.
