I recently had the misfortune of working for a company that had some of the worst HR policies I have ever encountered. The office politics were also incredibly toxic, and the HR behaviour was downright unprofessional. Firstly, the company had a strict policy of not allowing any personal time off during peak periods. This meant that employees were expected to work long hours without any breaks or time off, which was incredibly stressful and exhausting. Furthermore, the office politics were extremely toxic, with certain employees being favoured over others based on their personal relationships with management. This created a hostile work environment where people were constantly competing against each other instead of working together as a team. To make matters worse, the HR department was completely unresponsive to employee concerns and complaints. They seemed more interested in protecting management than in addressing legitimate issues raised by employees. Feedback redressal, lack of genuine professionalism in a private organisation, messed up management roles, being so showy in the start and later getting to know the reality while working here that they'll make you literally cry and leave the organisation on our own.

Company is good in terms of security. Time to time salary giving that is plus point. Management is slow in terms of profetional proposals. Some people are creating gaps for smooth coordination. Over all good one for experience but not good for promotion or seniority after 1 to 2 years working span.
