no incentives they only prefer HO people only selected every benefits to them only all credits goes to only 4-5 selected people HR and HOD is doing partiality if you say some thing then they will do anything to fire from job

The culture is good here but a lot of biased attitudes towards a certain group of employees when they are the ones actually working well for the organization.

Dislikes

No career growth, No appraisals, HR Management is super childish (in fact they do everything except their HR work), Hires more than the required number of employees. At their current number of employees, they could've surpassed Infosys. lol

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
