Warning About Kanak Drishti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. I want to share my recent experience with Kanak Drishti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. to warn others. I was offered a job as a Business Development Executive with a decent salary, so I moved from Chandigarh to Delhi and started working on June 1, 2024. I worked hard and followed all the rules. But my salary wasn't paid on time. On July 12, 2024, I talked to the CEO, Mr. Ram Kumar Jha, and Mr. Abhijeet Yadav. They promised to pay me by Monday but said my salary would be cut to half of the current salary from July. This was against what they promised in my offer letter. When I asked why, they said I could accept the lower salary or resign. They assured me that all my dues would be cleared by July 15, 2024. I resigned on July 15, 2024, but the company only paid me 35% of my whole salary for June and the first half of July. This has caused me a lot of financial trouble and stress. I want to warn everyone to be careful with Kanak Drishti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and to thoroughly check any job offer to avoid similar problems. They have even avoiding my Emails, calls and Messages.
