Peoples having work minded and adamant attitude will easily get promotion. But they never enjoy the position with their job characteristics. Even managerial level people should work if needed. Work culture is not bad.

Dislikes

They are very worried when they pay salary for the employees. Already the employees get low salary when compared to market but they always ready cut the salary for silly reasons. Never appreciated with incentives and other employee benefits. people can't except the salary in 1st week of every month. Sometimes after 10th of month were the salary date.

Had good friendship circle with the team. Enjoyed working with the team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
