Working with company will help you develope your skills and potential with the support and understanding of the seniors. Great place to work professionally bit exhausting but decent one.

Dislikes

Internal miscalculation and misunderstandings. Weak strategies for the work.

Nothing. No work culture only teammates where good and supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also not decent and career growth is very slow. And they can resign you anytime without even notice period.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
