Only Boss were ordered to employees how to operate and what feild you choose even if you are qualified as a food technologist u have to obey the order by the boss and work in a plastic technology also politics will happen

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am part of a team that the markets reliable.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 14 hours a day and give an overtime pay. the manager do not value an individuals unique strenghts..
