Likes are nothing. Job security is not secure, work culture is poor no idea what you have to do no support from collegues. Management is very poor no support from management. They do what they want. Compensatiom is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
