I don't dislike Kalyan toll infrastructure but my job of project is difficulties like sharing room accommodation is not good, foods not good,no vehicle inconvenience over all this side of management is not good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
