Actually I m working as a safety supervisor. Working culture is not bad in my project but one thing I realize that some of the employees are not proactive about safety and quality. Need to be more proactive rather than reactive.

I m working as safety supervisor. My work mostly identify the risk and hazards in working area like Foundation,erection or stringing .And give tranning the workers before the working start and tell them how important is to maintain safety during working.
