When I was a trainee I was supposed to spend most of my time in site but after completion of my trainee period I learnt a lot in practically. JMC will be good for career growth as it is a reputed company now a days and doing most valuable projects. Work life balance will be affected to some extent but once we prepare mentally we can balance it.

My self doing now as an engineer in one of the major project of JMC in Bangalore. Regarding my work I was in execution department in structure. Key works: Labour management, bills, team supervision,monthly plans achievement,material requisition.
