My tenure was short with Kalpataru. I worked in the cCRM department. My experience there was enriching. I was trained to use Salesforce. Learned about client interactions. How to handle client grievances and much more. Absolutely loved the experience.

Kalpataru is a company who gives priority to their quality and uniqueness in a product which is going to be someone's dream home. And this makes me to take pride in working there.

Although we have very good product in market but on an employee level there is slight change required in planning and executing the ground activities like giving one strategy a little bit of time to turn around the results whether good or bad.
