Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I have maximally done evening (6 hrs duty) and night (12 hrs duty) shifts. I have to look after paedia wards, nicu , picu and ot cases alone during night and opd was also good so it was quite hectic.

Where there should be for at least 12 Now imagine ...doing an emergency duty 8 to 10 duties in a month U can't take leave ...only u can exchange it U have to see icu pts on 2 nd floor where u r doing your sitting duty ...
