Can be hire without technical interview also head is headless without technical knowledge, they don't care about employee work and efforts. and doing work from employee without given salary. also it has no HR policy. Joining here is waste of our skill and time.

The company head has no technical knowledge. he evaluates your task based on UI / Frontend not as per backend. Now team members are those professionals who don't know how to join SQL queries. They Try to join two columns of two different tables with different data types using normal join /Natural join. There is no indexing / No FOREIGN KEY concept is implemented. when you try to login into their system it always buffering. These guys do not know how JSON files look like, how to create JSON files that can be used inside API. salary is below avg. if you join here don't work more than 3 Hrs per day...Read More
