Dislikes

They even don't know what is the role of employee and what we're asking them to do. Ex. Data engineer have to work as Business analyst, QA have to work like BA, etc. Worst management, even don't have any managerial skills.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
