No work balance between your personal and professional life because they don't even have policies for working hours everyone following own time, HR related works no policies till now because they are in still process, even holiday working because if they call you you have to go you don't have choice, month end closing no specific dates it's continuous process, synchronisation between management and HR big issue that's why employee suffers for their rights, whole organisation is wholly controlled by US team if they said anything that would be final whether it is wrong or right but at end if it was wrong then question upon you why it's is not corrected at that time, Indian manger not valued over US employees whatever their level this is the small part of slave life of Kalgroup...Read More

This is a company with bunch of people playing politics in India. I will start with previous MD, Manav Issar- He started the company taking bold decisions i.e. giving huge amount of salaries to new joiners even when they were not qualified for that amount. He did so to start the operations in India and to create the team because qualified people don't join Night Shift easily. Also, he took some poor decisions to due to which he is not with the company now. Now coming to 2nd most important person- Director of Operations- NSB- A person with High EGO, a great negative attitude who wants that people will give respect to him but he every time failed. After MD resignation, he started leading the company with terrible decisions and politics due to which a number of employees with 10 Leaders resigned from the company. Once company was at the edge of closing of operation due to his behavior. HR department- All people in HR are just coming and going out after sitting in their room and moving around. They don't have any knowledge about Payroll, Recruitment, Policies or any other HR Matter. They are just enjoying their salary. Finance- Right now after everyone's resignation it is two man show- one in India and other one in USA, (SM and DA), if you want to survive in finance team, follow whatever MP is saying. They will ask you one sudden report and give to you one day time which could be completed in 1 month. Hahaha, thanks to MP ji for that. All other teams are also suffering from these disease and full politics based. All the decision related to company are made in USA by a egoistic person BJS which are like hitler's decision. If someone is saying that you have to work on weekend then there is no choice. A lot of things are there to say and I can write book on this company, but if you want to feel life of a slave then do join this company otherwise work at a good place at lower amount.
