Overall the company is good to work... Kajaria is big brand no dough about it. But when you see as an employee on your growth prospects... there is only your reporting boss who can decide your future. Its all depend on your relations with the senior not on your performance.. HR is not at all anywhere in the company whether you are doing good or bad. no one is concern about it. Conclusion is.... if you can negotiate all the terms before joining about your position and ctc then it is good otherwise you cant aspect anything on your performance basis from anyone in this organization....Read More

On my perceptions... Management needs to more involve to look at ground level realty instate of some limited top management guys feedback if they really want to grow with sustainability. Manpower churn rate is too high due to satisfaction level issues of 2nd line and below level employees. Company should be more employee friendly for middle management & for frontlines.
