Modern hospital, well equipped, free furnished accommodation, meals for free

The hospital was inside an Ashram. The Ashram had an orphan house for mentally retarded girls and a school for mentally retarded girls. When the mentally retarded girls came into puberty, they were genitally abused by trustees and administrators. One such girl became pregnant and she had an ectopic pregnancy in her tubes and not in the xxxxxx. This can burst any time giving rise to a severe bleeding and death. It was a time bomb. I sent the patient to our Gynaecologist. He prescribed a cream to apply on the outside. Patient came back to me that she was not examined. I called him and he replied, ''Some time ago, there was a case like this. I admitted her but the chairman Vxxxxx Pxxxx gave me a strong reprimand. So, if the patient goes (dies) it is okay but my job should not go.'' I admitted the patient under my service. I got an ultrasound done. It showed all the features of ectopic pregnancy but the Radiologist would not write a final conclusion that it was ectopic pregnancy. I called him on phone. He was given strict instructions by the chairman Vxxxxx Pxxxx not to give a report of pregnancy, if she was an Ashram girl. He told me to get a pregnancy test. I ordered a pregnancy test. The lab technician called me and told me that he had standing instructions from the chairman Dr. Vxxxxx Pxxxxx, not to do pregnancy test on any girl of the Ashram. He refused.
