Your work life depends on management which often changes. If your current boss is good, then your life is good. If not, your in misery. No promotion available for expats - but then it fepends if your manager is good, then your all good

Good for permanent employees as they get good salary package and on time disbursal with ideal working time on shifts.

Dislikes

Not good for people working under contract. No benefits, No job security or work life balance. Contracting companies keep more than 70% of monthly salary. Poor living conditions of the contract staff.

It was a good experience but I got terminated without any reason inspite of so much hardwork dedication at the age of 45

No job security.any time termination.got terminated and had to shift withy whole family..this is the ad experience

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
