Data Analytics Teams is super talented and work very professional and always ready to take challenges which motivates me to work with them.

They don't provides salaries on times . It has been more than 2 more years that there are no hikes , appraisal and even they are not paying Performance Pay which is part of out Basic Pay. Management is very bad they take random decisions and it is employee who always pay price for that. There is no transparency between employees and management. They always makes false promises and never delivers what they have promised in the past . Partiality is always one of the bad things which keeps happening in the company....Read More

- Wont receive salary on time from almost a year. - There is no performance pay paid to you on time. - They will provide minimum number of leaves in a calendar year. - There are no hikes / promotions no matter how good you perform. - Learning curve is very narrow and wont get to learn m uch. - You are expected to work even on weekends and late nights for which u wont get extra pay nor day off. - Finding technically sound people is very challenging here. - Lot of micromanagement. - There is lot of toxic work culture which is due to poor management - There is lot of false hope given every month so that they can work day and night. HAHAHA Forget about work life balance There will be no room to grow right from juniors to seniors. I would suggest not to join the company. Kagool is an very good emerging company with existence in various countries. KAGOOL performance in last 5yrs is very good. There are very good data related projects.

Dislikes

There are no HR policies available in Kagool India so it’s very difficult to manage HR related things. HR team is very junior and not aware of industry standards. I faced few conflicts related to HR things. Performance pay (variable) amount is almost 10% and it’s not applicable for resigned ca ndidate means straight a way you ll loose performance pay after resign. </mark> No SAP projects or future planning for the SAP projects...Read More

A honest opinion : Highly skilled,energetic and supportive peers! Kagool values each and every employee right from day one! I really feel lucky to be a part of such an amazing team! It provides generous compensation to all the employees! Kagool prefers to mingle with each and every employee with in the company and they conduct regular meetings and sessions on every Wednesday and Friday.
