No security for the job, I have seen they are telling employees to take leave for 4 days, one week (they don't pay for leaves). Worst workplace, Noone is there to mentor, No basic facilities, No safety for workers, They are only importing Chinese vehicles, changing stickers, grinding Chinese chassis number... What they are doing is not correct

Dislikes

Everything is decided by the CEO, nobody has the power to decide even a simple thing, CEO does not have any automotive experience, He is a money-minded guy. Worst working environment, no toilets, no proper washbasins at production, They only invest on marketing. Don't waste your career here. You don't get any benefits.

That's worst company no learning

Don't get fool by seeing website & salary offer like 3 months x monthsx14000 & 3 months x 17000 &3 months x 20000 there is no salary increase &also there is no work/less work you do then The MD is fired employe for silly/no reasons there is no work timings after 6pm the meeting will starts there is no end times. there is no facility of PF & zero employee safety.

Chinese vehicles with cheap quality in pair with toys no increment CEO keeps on changing his statement coffee or tea will not be provided

there are no quality engineers. 1st there are no engineers. mobile phones of any type are not allowed and have to submit it to security. even in case of any emergency mobile phones are not allowed. if seen using you will ask to leave for rest of the day and the consecutive day. there is no proper restroom. no canteen facility. the founder (CEO) has no idea about vehicles, he doesn't even know the basics. all he wants is the vehicle in unrealistic deadline. zero job security. no CL OR EL. only loss of pay is allowed. salary will never come on time. the payslip will not be provided under any circumstances. zero employee benefits. toxic working environment & work culture. the CEO(founder) will never allow doing any improvement activities. no one knows what they are doing. total employee strength came from 40 to 20. not even a single bolt is developed inhouse the cofounder, son of the founder(CEO) has resigned this company will be closed within 6 months. for freshers who want to join here- please don't join .there will be zero learning. you can be job less instead of joining in here. for experienced people- you will forget what you learned if you join kabira....Read More
