They don't release salary if the teacher resign from k8 they sent some stupid email for the reason why the hold your salary they terminate teaches without any reason, this school is in great loss ,they have unprofessional and inexperienced teacher .

I love being an online teacher here because it gives me more knowledge about the future trends that are likely to rule in the upcoming years. Once I finish my classes, I spend my time in uploading, aligning and sorting content for students. I also create lesson plans to allow more interactions among students. The time that I spend creating a sequence of modules, and diving content into lessons also gives me a hang of some new things like troubleshooting and data handling. Unlike any regular teaching profile, I get to interact with my colleagues in the IT department. As I seek their help to understand the system better, my knowledge of data handling has immensely improved. K8 School is the online school where students learn from their homes and teachers also do work from home. But wait, this is not true even if you are in your home and teaching in K8 School then you need to be engaged even after you have no such task. You have to be there in a meeting just like that as to make you feel that you are doing 9-5 job. Management should consider it that teachers work is probably of 6 hours with devotion and giving entire energy but they want you to be engaged. They want you to see stupid. I mean lots of pressure of worksheets, Meetings etc. Company cannot run by this by making employees upset an dissatisfied. You even won't get time to have your meal. 8 am to 4 pm is such a big time they should understand. They are just considering the tag line "Happy parents Happy students" Which is not at all true if your internal system is not satisfied. So much of burden, Pressure of meetings, Worksheets, Sending daily live pictures like we are not doing our job well, treating teachers as a labors. 9 to 5 making like teachers are no more having 6 hours job but 9 hours. It is not an institute it is a school they should have some kind of understanding to keep their employees engaged but during working hours. Not like that uselessly in a meeting which ahs no sense. All those who are looking to read reviews about this school. The work environment is very bad. They will tell you that you have to work till 4:00 p.m. but will ask you to work 24 x 7. Although it's an online school. Their management is pathetic with technology. Teachers are exploited and forced to bring references and leads because the sales and marketing team are chilling and relaxing and all the work has to be done by teachers. They can easily hire content creators but teachers are forced to make reels and force students also to make reels and content. It's highly toxic, please don't join. As a team, K8 School is a great place to work. People are given their due appreciation. So it's a better organization than many others currently in my job market. Employees too are good to work with, as most of them are hired intelligently their unique strengths in mind.
Dislikes
While most things are good about it, there is no denial that the work life balance can be better during festivals or long weekends. More flexibility should be given like a shortened working duration etc. maybe through a roster or something similar.
