The Work culture is good,but the management doesn't recognize the employer real talent & appreciation,as well as lot of politics with in the company.

It was a great learning experience. Exposure to almost al the departments, family like environment, opportunity to work with higher management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
