There is nothing to like here except some of my co workers. This company is completely unprofessional organisation.

You will never get any appointment confirmation letter unless you asking for, after several followup they will give you appointment on behalf of some trustee to avoid the complication of termination process. As they are intentionally wants to retain people for only 3-4 months. There is no work ethics. There is negative job security. Out of 200 construction team, there are only 4-5 people are above 1 year experience. There are plenty of examples, they had sacked only after 7 days of joining. You will lose your previous company and the present also. They have all the rules and regulation in books but do not bother to obey. They even very reluctant to pay your TA also. In Kolkata, they sacked 5 people without any reason ( 2 engineers of my subordinates). This is terrible. Only one psycho management fellow rules the whole project circle. He do not know the actual construction procedure. One of my worst decision to join in this company. If you wants to live everyday in insecurity then you can join this company....Read More

How come a company running the school is this much shitshow. 1. I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3. For Fresher worst place to start as other company do not understand why you are switching so fast. this company will remove you in 3-4 months max or make you live in hell. if someone died due to work pressure in EY , Please try this company you might end up in the same graveyard in which they build the school...Read More

There is not even one person working here more than 5 years from top to bottom only 2 people are working from 6 years . Disrespectful and micro management for unnecessary things and idiot management....they are surviving because its education services where fees are paid in advance. They even snatch travelling and other reimbursements done for company work on grounds of company policy.

This place is mad! Entire department is mad!! Tumhe janwaro jaisa kaam karayenge, aur jaise hi unka kaam nikal gaya tumhe ese bhagayenge jaise tum useless homeless ho!! No matter who you want to complain, they will just play with your time and nothing else! Male seniors are very third class! K12 is big on recognitions. It is the best feeling in the world that the hardwork you have put all year around is being recognized by everyone be it managers or your colleagues of your departments. I too am motivated to work harder knowing that my work and efforts are values here. Any problems with company policies were handles very well by the HR Dnyaneshwar Pahilwan.
