In projects there are sense less people such as Atul Shinde who talk senseless and don't have any knowledge still they rule the company based on procurement and also they have some connections with the vendors they work they take a cut from them and work and also they have spoiled the company base.

Horrible management. They wont take the employee inputs into consideration in terms of work life at k12. I have written a mail to the higher authorities regarding the issues in the department but taken action only after leaving 14 employees from a single team. I have seen a few teams were layed out entirely with one day notice. Thats the case across all the departments. High job insecurity. People's even got GPL in the weekly meeting. Some times people's joined also got GPL in 7 days. No planning in the management in the hiring. In March 2023 I was looking for a job change. During this time, I got an offer from a reputed company (Let's call it A) which offered me a decent hike on my package. Around the same time, I got a call from K12 for interviews, which had 2 rounds after which they offered me a package of higher package than company A. Based on this offer with K12 which they had sent me on email, offer and salary breakup, I rejected offer in company A. As K12 realized that I have rejected offer with company A, I got a call and email from K12 asking me to join their company on much lesser package or else their offer is revoked. At this stage based on K12's initial offer I had rejected an offer from a very reputed company, and I did not want to work for fraudulent/unreliable company like K12 techno Services (Also on much lesser package). Companies like K12 techno services are playing with careers of hardworking candidates looking for job by fair means. The whole episode left me depressed and suicidal for days as I had no financial support. Thankfully I'm well placed now. Kolkata management is extremely biased. Moumita Chowdhury doesn't know the basics of corporate work and make others dance as per her wish. Above her sits Aravind who doesn't know shot about work culture and asks people to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech.
