Transparency and honesty is the alpha rule here. This makes the whole vibe of the office full of trust. We can openly communicate with our managers or HR Department. The best thing about K12 is that everyone is very professional which makes working here very easy. Be it newbies or veteran employees, everyone is treated with dignity. Each department has mutual respect for each other. Our operation manager Sheldon Dias made all the operations seamless and devoid of any interference.

I started my career in K12 about 5 years ago and the best part of the company is that everyone here is friendly. Whenever I enter my office I have a sense of belonginess. Our Zonal Business Head Achin Kapoor is a really motivating entity, also he is very approachable if we have any requests.
