1. The management doesn't want to retain people. 2. It was only after the hdfc bank abusive manager video, that the academic head kept quiet. Otherwise she is equally abusive. 3. Basic amenities in office are absent. 4. Now it has become a medieval aged office where no tea breaks, no smoke breaks and not even any celebration is done. Its a dead silent office. 5. Sick place. Abhishek Singh of the marketing department was my manager. He is an absolute fool. As a writer I was constantly schooled in such stupid processes that I just could not handle it anymore. He would delay processes to the hilt! A guy called Karthik from the SEO team, who is not a writer himself, tried telling me how I should write and tried giving me advice on writing.
