I worked here for an entire one year met good colleagues that is the only pros of working here.
The management sucks! Even if you work with 100% efficiency, they will not give you increment even after 1 year. They will do fake appraisal meetings and then in the end there will be no hike. You will have to run behind people to get clarity for not getting hike but you won't get an answer for it. The management will force you to shift departments. They will force you to resign too. Sick place. Abhishek Singh of the marketing department was my manager. He is an absolute fool. As a writer I was constantly schooled in such stupid processes that I just could not handle it anymore. 1. Every year, in June-July, 80-90% of recruitment team will be fired. The rest 10-20% will be fired within the next 1 year one-by-one. And again in Sept-Oct, new recuiters are hired & fired again next year in Jun-July 2. No increments, no promotions for recruitment team (ofcourse you have to be in this company to be eligible for that bcoz you'll be fired anyway) 3.
