Terrible work culture; Top management is among the worst in the ed-tech sector in the country. Poor in terms of employee benefits (insurance to be paid out of pocket). No leave encashment (forced to work on leaves). No on-job training. First-level managers blame the executives and second-level managers blame the first-level managersand the executives. Forced resignations are the norm. People are often forced to resign even during the notice period (in case of willful resignations). In most cases, once the project is over, employees for that project are forced to resign. Tip: Not bad for short-term employment (less than 1 year).
