Transparency and honesty is the alpha rule here. This makes the whole vibe of the office full of trust. We can openly communicate with our managers or HR Department. The best thing about K12 is that everyone is very professional which makes working here very easy. Be it newbies or veteran employees, everyone is treated with dignity. Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. A monthly or bi monthly meet with the managers and HR is always helpful. I am glad that my problems are heard by both departments and the managers present me with performance reviews to show the scope of improvement.
