Transparency and honesty is the alpha rule here. This makes the whole vibe of the office full of trust. We can openly communicate with our managers or HR Department. I started my career in K12 about 5 years ago and the best part of the company is that everyone here is friendly. Whenever I enter my office I have a sense of belonginess. Our Zonal Business Head Achin Kapoor is a really motivating entity, also he is very approachable if we have any requests.
