They have very good culture of not working and not letting any one to work. They will spread the garbage and to clean it they will use you and once it is done without any notice you will receive termination mail at any point of time. But yes if you are good at saying yes all the time what your boss says whether it is good or bad doesnt matter you will be there. Main part if you are expecting an appraisal after one year then forget buddy they will strt torturing you before one or two months that you will resign or you will have termination letter. In my one and half year of career 11 reporting manager was changed. If you are thinking to join better sit without job. The person sitting at the top he will never listen you any point of time he comes next day and takes decision aaj itne ko hire karo ya itne ko nikaal do.
