Do not join this organisation no job security they treat you very bad all they know is money they do not care about you or the customer or anything. The higher authorities are dumbest people I have ever known . The people of higher authority sitting in Banglore has no idea what kind of depression they are giving to people specifically I will talk about the Pune zone none of the person working as a sales counsellor is happy in the environment. They ask you for hourly report that means you have to provide them a report 8-9 or 10 times a day which is very time consuming n they give you target of 30 calls per hour i.e 250-300 call per day along with the branch Walkin’s you will feel as if you are working in a BPO. Every time the manager changes in every 2 months all they know is to hire and fire. Pathetic experience kindly do not join n play with your mental health. Worst work culture....Read More
