There is nothing good to like about this company.

Dislikes

You can loss your anytime by getting a single mail from HR. Don't even think about a good appraisal while during your tenure in this company. Very poor work culture. Anybody can back stab you, anytime. Think twice before submitting your resume.

People were good. Learnt a lot fron SH and others.

Dislikes

1. The management doesn't want to retain people. 2. It was only after the hdfc bank abusive manager video, that the academic head kept quiet. Otherwise she is equally abusive. 3. Basic amenities in office are absent. 4. Now it has become a medieval aged office where no tea breaks, no smoke breaks and not even any celebration is done. Its a dead silent office. 5. Wont comment on what work we do here, it is a genuine effort from each and everyone present and past.. but there is a overall large scale lack of appreciation. 6. If the management pays peanuts, they will get monkeys only....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
