It's a fixed job with proper timings. Apart from this, nothing has benefitted to me.

Dislikes

This college is very helpful and useful only for Telugu community members. For other caste people, not helpful. Salary is not good. No growth. They conduct more and more workshops, training for all the branches and cultural fests, etc but very less increment offered in the salary yearly except for Telugu staffs.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
