Basically the company works for railway projects in Urban and sub urban limits of Bangalore city, Karnataka, India. My role is to monitor the works which are in progress at site level. Its been a year and half since the inception of this company. Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. At times we need to balance the work loads based on the priority of the task assigned to us. We are on to contractual basis and salary hike is predefined and it depends on the recognition of the person whether he is eligible for promotion from his Peers, being a contractual employee we are not entitled for certain benefits at par with the regular employees. All the policies are in alignment with the rules laid by the government and its associated board members. Its been a year till date I haven't been for any kind of training relevant to my profession. Work Details

My role involves site Planning, Scheduling, Inspection and monitoring the onsite works. Apart from this need to coordinate with various departments of the city development agencies including the PMC and contractor.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
