All practices like over time, more than 8 hours regularly and lot of unrelated administrative works like data entry work, night study and all. Most importantly the management simply blaming and irritating staff for students low progress and all. This kind of bad habit they are practising. Such kind of practice I never heard before anywhere else. With respect to students progress, they are simply mug up and writing the exam and scoring good marks, apart from that nothing is impressive. Similarly staff wise, there is no growth regarding subject and research and all. They are finally threatening the staff life by not giving their original certificates and if you pay 3 months salary then only i will give your certificates.
