they give good salary hike. Higher officials supporting the faculties and motivating them.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics . Sincere workers sometimes dominated . some staffs get goodwill from higher official eventhough they are not capable. Because they are are looking good.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
