Those who work hard over here and if they are at lower level they will never get promotions, incentives for organisation achievements in which they may had puttin the best efforts instead of value for dedicated working in office the hardworking staff if asked for increments management ensures the same persons will get transfered to such department where they himself have to putin the resign papers.....Local Mba Candidates are paid very very less salary package of 4.50 Lakhs p.a. over here in this organization which is mine personal experience and rest of the staff experience shared to me... Really If we work hard in any organisation Achievement need to be shared to lower hardworking staff also not only those who are favourite staffs.....Not to Expect any increment if candidates are executive or Officer level..... May be management strategy of Pressurized New staff. Issue them loans and expect that the new joined staff will work with the salary offered for atleast 5 Years without any increments but staffs those who are at higher level enjoys good packages.
