Seniors are mostly placed at high salaries...so they don't care much about subordinates growth their bellies are full already... If you join k rc join as agm or above.. Not much. Even ICICI Bank work culture and work hours are better than here

Extremely long work hours, work culture, weekend off only on papers- bosses call shamelessly on sunday at odd hours, no WFH allowed even when entire BKC is shut or if city is under water logging. No work life balance.

Construction sites are managed poorly at Pune. With mid level experience you will be asked to work alone with no juniors under. Language is quite unprofessional by senior site bosses. Hope such a good company addresses this issue. Most of the Saturdays despite off ,you will be asked to attend , even on govt holidays.
