HR Policies. It's a good company to work. On time payment and good work environment.

Dislikes

Litigation team of KRC headed by a lady working there for 25 years is just not good. K. Raheja Corp is a great place to work but minus this department. Top management must stop treating this team as an exception. It is just not worth it. Lady is bit difficult to tackle. It spoils company's image outside. Most of the external lawyers just keep on defaming the team because of the lady.

Construction sites are managed poorly at Pune. With mid level experience you will be asked to work alone with no juniors under. Language is quite unprofessional by senior site bosses. Hope such a good company addresses this issue. Most of the Saturdays despite off ,you will be asked to attend , even on govt holidays.
